Our outstanding short-term rehabilitation programs offer physical, occupational, and speech-language services. Our skilled therapists have expertise in both therapy evaluation and treatment. Services are designed to transition residents from post-acute care to home while maximizing quality of life. Patient and family education is provided prior to a resident's discharge with a focus on maximizing the skills and function necessary to return to the home environment.
